🛍️ 1. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

 

⏳ 2. How long does shipping take?

- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

📦 3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also track your order here using your order number and email.

 

💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

 

🔄 5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Please email us at baboomdesign6@hotmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Note: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

 

🚚 6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is defective or we made a mistake, we will cover the return cost.

 

🧾 7. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We're so sorry! Please contact us at baboomdesign6@hotmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

🛒 8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, the order may already be processed.

You can reach us anytime at baboomdesign6@hotmail.com. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

 

🌟 10. Do you offer gift packaging or custom notes?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! In the meantime, our products arrive in clean, secure packaging ready for gifting.
